Our employment law experts have an extensive practice in developing the terms of employment agreements, agreements with members of management bodies, stock-option agreements, internal rules and regulations of an enterprise, as well as other employment-related agreements and documents.

We also advise and represent clients in negotiations with trade unions and other employee' representatives, on occupational health and safety issues, in applying for employment and residence permits for employees and on other employment-related aspects. 

Part of our employment practice includes advising on employer organisational changes and in M&A transactions in order to safeguard the rights and obligations of both employers and employees.

In addition, we have developed fixed fee service to help our clients to achieve compliance of their employment-related paperwork with the new Employment Contract law effective as of 1 July 2009 and its suitability to the company’s needs.
