Our employment law experts have an extensive practice in developing the terms of employment agreements, agreements with members of management bodies, stock-option agreements, internal rules and regulations of an enterprise, as well as other employment-related agreements and documents.
We also advise and represent clients in negotiations with trade unions and other employee' representatives, on occupational health and safety issues, in applying for employment and residence permits for employees and on other employment-related aspects. Part of our employment practice includes advising on employer organisational changes and in M&A transactions in order to safeguard the rights and obligations of both employers and employees.
