Professional experience
Jaanus Mody has extensive experience in representing clients, operating in different business fields, in disputes concerning areas such as construction, corporate law, securities, and competition law as well as privatisation. Jaanus also specialises in extrajudicial and strategic aspects of disputes.
Jaanus has wide-ranging experience in matters of insolvency having also acted as trustee in bankruptcy proceedings. He has represented both debtors and creditors, practiced in bankruptcy expert groups and advised reorganisations of corporate debts in insolvency assignments.
