Professional experience
Sten Luiga specialises primarily in devising and reorganisation of executive corporate structures and corporate debt restructuring. He has extensive experience in counselling the matters related to mergers and acquisitions and he has also participated in numerous private equity and take-over transactions.
Sten stands behind some of the most important and high-value corporate and capital markets transactions concluded during the course of Estonian economy since the early nineties. He has been an advisor to many multinational companies, commercial and investment banks and has advised multiple companies on the initial offering process. In addition, Sten has advised enterprises on everyday corporate governance issues and matters related to shareholders’ agreements.
